Sizzle reel
The Event Aftermovie / Sizzle Reel is a fast-paced 60–90 second edit set to music. Prioritises energy and atmosphere over dialogue. Used for social media and next year’s sales deck.
Keynote speaker cuts
Raw or lightly edited full-length speeches. Also offered as “Speaker Reels” (individual 1-minute cuts of each speaker to send to them personally for them to share).
Breakout session recordings
Full capture of workshops or seminars, often gated behind a lead form for post-event email capture.

Event spotlight: Penumbra x Fotopop
This year we worked with a global medical device company Penumbra on their sales team’s 3 day trip in Vietnam, packed with team building, panel discussions and dinners. Fotopop took photos throughout the trip as well as filming the trip, culminating in a short highlights video.

Event spotlight: ASIC x Fotopop
Fotopop recently worked with ASIC, a private educational accreditation body for international schools and universities.
Fotopop were tasked with 3 key videography deliverables:
- Firstly to summarise the event in a short 30-second highlights video.
- Secondly, Fotopop recorded on-site interviews.
- Lastly, Fotopop created numerous short no-audio video clips so that ASIC could utilise them for sharing video content on their social channels as well as internally.
