Photo Booth FAQ
Is it easy to set up a photo booth?
Not at all and our team will handle it all! We will turn up with all the equipment (a tablet, a wooden booth, a backdrop and props. Set up just takes under an hour. The photo booth app is ready to go on the tablet and is designed to be user-friendly! We usually supply 2 staff to ensure that your guests are happy throughout the event.
How far in advance should we book the photo booth?
We strongly advise securing your date well in advance, particularly for weekends, holidays, and other high-demand periods. Prime dates often fill up months ahead, and an early reservation gives you and our team ample opportunity to collaborate on a fully customized, branded experience. However, we understand that sometimes events are last minute and will do our best to make sure we can make it happen for you.
Do you require a a Wifi or Internet connection?
Most of our photo booths do not require an internet connection.
All of our services require a standard power outlet to operate the equipment
What are the payment terms?
To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days after the event.
What are the sizes of the photos?
Do you offer an event photography service?
Yes. Many customers combine a photo booth with event photography. We have an experienced event photographer with over 10 years experience. Our packages include editing as well as an online gallery. Please find out more about our event photography services here.
Are prints included?
Yes, most of our customers will choose a printing package. We have a variety of layouts of printouts, with most of our customers choosing a 2×6 inch photo strip. Generally, an average 3 hour event may print around 100 prints (200 photo strips).
Do you offer photobooths outside of Ho Chi Minh City?
Usually our customers are in the Ho Chi Minh City area. However, it’s worth asking us if we can provide a photo booth for cities and regions further afield. Message us so that we can find out more about your event.Toggle Content
How long does setup and tear down take?
Our team typically requires 60-90 minutes for setup prior to your event and 30-45 minutes for breakdown afterward. We arrive early to ensure everything is perfect and stay late to clear the area, handling all logistics so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.Toggle Content
Do you do outdoor events?
Yes, we can setup outdoors if the venue provides shelter.
Do guests get digital photos during or after the event?
Yes you can access your digital photos instantly via a QR code and we will also send a link to an online gallery of your photos after the event.
